Accounts are onboarded individually.
SP3 does not operate self-service signup. Each account is provisioned after a brief correspondence so we can match the tier, region, and key-custody model to your actual workflow.
What we need from you
- A short description of the use case — personal archive, team collaboration, regulated workload.
- Approximate volume and retention — "under 100 GB", "a few TB", "growing past that".
- Primary jurisdiction of the data subjects whose material you will store.
- Whether you require a signed Data Processing Agreement before go-live.
- Whether you intend to bring your own hardware security keys.
What happens next
- We reply within two working days with either an invitation link or a short list of clarifying questions.
- If invited, you complete enrolment entirely from your own device. Encryption keys never leave it.
- We generate your recovery material in-session. You keep it. We never see it.
- Billing is arranged in a second, separate conversation — access is not gated on payment completing first.
